Privacy policy

NewEntrant Pro is not live yet. Right now this site only runs a waitlist. This page explains what we collect while it does.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your USDOT number if you choose to give it.
• Which plan you clicked, and whether you agreed to receive emails.
• Basic visit data: pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here (UTM tags, ad click ID, referring site), a random session ID and your country. No cookies, no ad-network pixels, and we don't store your IP address.

How we use it

• To email you when early access opens, with your launch discount.
• To understand which ads and pages work, in aggregate.

We don't sell or rent your data. We don't share it except with the service providers that host this site and its database.

USDOT number check

When you check a USDOT number, we look it up in the public DOT database (data.transportation.gov). We don't save the number or the company name from the check — only whether it was found and the general result. Your browser keeps the number for this visit so the early-access form can fill it in for you.

Medical and drug test data

When the product launches, it will store only dates (like when a medical card expires) — never medical card scans or drug and alcohol test results.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete your data, write to hello@newentrantpro.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
